Your Learning Journey

Learning Modules

The learning journey runs for 4.5 months and is divided into two main phases. Phase 1 builds core growth foundations across 8 weeks. Phase 2 continues as an Extended Internship for selected participants, focusing on growth diagnosis.

Phase 1
Month 1 – Month 2

PHASE 1: CORE GROWTH FOUNDATIONS

Build the ground before learning the architecture.
This phase helps participants understand how business, brand, marketing, sales, and digital channels actually work together in real market situations.

From Content to Conversion: Digital Marketing in the Real World

You will explore:

  • Digital Channel Roles: social media, ads, website, marketplace, WhatsApp, CRM, and email
  • Short-form content, hooks, CTA
  • Campaign objectives, audience, Landing Page & budget basics
  • KPI reading: CTR, CPC, CPM, leads, CVR, CPL, ROAS
  • Basic Research, Documentation, Summary Writing, and Deck Support

Month 3 – Month 4

PHASE 2: JUNIOR DIGITAL ARCHITECT FOUNDATION

The Extended Internship is designed for selected participants who have passed the Learning Review and are ready to go deeper.
This phase introduces the early thinking of a Digital Architect.

Decode the Growth Problem: Research, Funnel & Market Diagnosis

You will explore:

  • Discovery and Business Context Reading
  • Customer Behavior and Decision Pattern
  • Market Signal Reading
  • Funnel Leakage and Sales Handoff
  • Evidence-based problem framing

Build the Growth Recommendation: Digital Architect Basics

You will explore:

  • SCQ Problem Framing and Outcome Definition
  • Driver Tree and Hypothesis Thinking
  • Customer Journey and Message Architecture
  • Recommendation Drafting and Strategic Storytelling
  • Final Case Simulation for Digital Architect readiness

Participants who complete the full program with strong performance may be offered a full-time role as Junior Digital Architect.

No. This is a learning-focused internship program built around structured learning, guided assignments, and selected support exposure.

The first phase runs for 2 months.

Most of your time will be spent on learning through classes, case discussions, weekly evaluations, and presentations. You may also join selected support activities connected to real brand cases.

No. Applicants from all majors are welcome. What matters more is curiosity, learning agility, discipline, and passion in digital marketing.

Yes. Participants who show strong performance may be proposed to continue into an extended training phase toward the Junior Digital Architect track and if you complete the full program may be offered a full-time role as Junior Digital Architect.

Participants who continue into the extended phase will work toward an official Digital Marketing learning certification from Firstpage Academy.

You should expect a structured, guided, and active learning format that includes classes, case work, discussions, assignments, evaluations, and presentations.
